You charged me for a no show, I was so betrayed, it really put a dampener on the entire experience but thankfully you didn't charge me once you realised your mistake. Make some snacks available throughout the day, we were quite hungry from the travel and since Swiggy and Zomato were out of the way from your location it was difficult to get something despite the management telling us to order something, it would really be helpful if you prepared something to munch on on rainy days. That being said, the breakfast was quite good, me and my friend loved the food and location. The tv didn't have any free channels whatsoever which was disappointing. Bathroom toiletries were a bit lacking as my friend in his hurry, forgot to pack his toothbrush and paste. So if that could be provided as part of room service or at the reception, at an additional cost or part of the package, it would be helpful. I'm not expecting much but being charged 3175 for a night with complimentary breakfast feels a bit steep.

Staff behaviour good

Most of the amenities do not work. Electric kettle is there but no tea bags and milk pouches provided inspite of repeated request. Poor service

Stay was comfortable and money was worth spending on this. Room was clean and staff was cooperative too. Overall budget stay.
