Friendly staff, very clean and comfortable room. Has a nice kitchenette in the room.
Had an issue with the door not closing all the way but the front desk had someone come out asap to fix the issue. Very pleased with how quickly they fixed the issue!

Room was clean and nice.
The staff were okay—neither rude nor particularly welcoming. The rooms were very clean and nice. The main issue I had was with the kitchen offering. The description states that there is a kitchenette, which was great but it did not say that hotel does not provide anything for the kitchen. There were no kitchen items available at all—not even a spoon or a mug not mentioning pots. These items are sold downstairs at the reception desk. This should be stated very clearly in the description so guests know what to expect.I have never stayed at a hotel with a kitchenette that did not provide even basic items.
