The rooms weren’t clean, I had to switch rooms 3 times, the 1st had mold, the other had a leak that saturated the floor and the 3rd one wasn’t even cleaned, there were used cups in the room and the sheets were dirty
USUSUSUSYou can see the upgrades. Love the little touches like the towel heater connected to the towel rack, the built in lights and touch screen on the sink mirror, the digital door do not disturb sign.
USUSWhat I liked: The front desk attendant was polite and welcoming, which made for a positive first impression. I also enjoyed having a cup of tea in the lobby—it was a nice touch. The room itself was a good size and felt comfortable, even though the view was fairly average. The location worked well for the activities we had planned, making it convenient overall.
The bathroom had a noticeable urine odor, which was even stronger inside the shower. Noise was also a major issue—despite the hotel being advertised as “soundproof,” outside noises were minimal but we could clearly hear people talking in the hallway, and the noise continued until around 4:30 AM. The bedding was uncomfortable as well: the mattresses were overly soft and lacked support, while the pillows were unusually firm, which made for a strange and unpleasant combination.

This hotel had rooms that were rented by the hour. Couples were coming in and out every hour. The people who came in were smoking Marijuana in the rooms. The smell was everywhere.
