Food could have been better (considering it's Delhi); but this is just nit-picking.
INI felt the entire staff was very welcoming and took special care when posed with a request. Shout out to Ankush, Kanhaiya, and Adarsh for their assistance throughout. Gulshan and two others who were stationed at the entrance to the property helped facilitate smooth check-in and check-out. For the price I felt the hospitality was top notch.
Although this is nitpicking, the breakfast spread could have been better. The only dislike was several items from the menu and buffet options for lunch were missing during my stay. However, this could be due to low occupancy during the Lohri week.
