Overall property is really good

Staff service is so slow everywhere ( room cleaning, room service and restaurant service). I don't know what is wrong with them , basic water bottle re-filling will take hours.

The resort was nice with lovely room and facilities. The restaurant staff were very attentive and made sure all was OK. I would use this resort again if in north Goa.

The resort is very nice, green and calm. Has beach access via its own shack. The staff was lovely and took good care of us. The property is very near to shops and restaurants off the beach and on the beach. Great area to be in. I loved the room we were in, has all the necessary things. The pool is decent size of the type of properties in Goa. Food in the restaurant was nice, different breakfast options every day.

The wifi was a big problem. The free wifi was slow and only available for two of the three days we stayed. And when I wanted the premium wifi it was not available. This caused a bit on an issue for me. Also the shack attached to the property was rubbish. I am not sure if it is managed by the same property, but the staff really did not care about us when we were sitting there. On one day it took about 30 mins to get tea, and on the next day we did not get the tea we ordered even after 1 hr. And we were one of only two other couple in the shack. I will advice the property management to either improve the service or remove your association with the shack.
