AC Hotel by Marriott Sacramento

The hotel was nice and clean but the parking was frustrating. We didn’t realize the parking garage doesn’t have an elevator until we got all the luggage and double stroller unloaded. It was a hassle getting up stairs with two kids and everything else. Besides that it was in a good location for a concert at golden one. The staff wasn’t super helpful either.

This was a great option for us due to its proximity to Golden 1. It was a short 7-10 minute walk and the room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The layout was a little strange, and it was a little small, but again, it was a great stay and the staff were lovely, professional and personable.

This hotel was spotless and very well maintained. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions, making it easy to get around. Staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place in a great location.

Parking lot charges 25 there is also valet parking. Very close to arena, coffee spots and restaurants. Only complaint would be the restroom setup the showers and toilet a glass door does not completely allow privacy. Anyone in the room can see thru it.

The hotel is very nice and the staff members were welcoming and helpful! The location of hotel valet was a bit difficult to find as they move locations through the day. I would recommend and stay at this location again!

It was nice and modern and clean

When I booked, I got a king room with a pullout sofa when we got to the room, there was no sofa. We called the front desk and he said oh yeah that happens sometimes we just put people in random places some rooms have the sofa bed and some don’t. then the valet parking was a joke. We waited 45 minutes for our car cause they couldn’t find the valet worker they stated he’s probably just chilling in his car. by the time they brought it down we already got an Uber and when we saw the worker he was high the next morning we went to get our cars and had to wait long period of time again so we will not be staying there again too many problems for one night stay. they also tell you different prices for valet parking so make sure to confirm with everyone

Great hotel to stay at for Golden One concerts and events.

Room was clean. Only thing was when i asked for a warm blanket they gave me a cold uncomfortable blanket that i wasn’t too happy with.

The staff were super friendly when checking in! The room was also super clean and cozy!

I really disliked the architecture of the bathroom door, i didn’t feel like i had enough privacy. The door would slide but there was a big crack on the sides. there wasn’t any lock to the bathroom door either.
