Location.. But Nothing then this...!!

1. staff always chewing tobacco kind of things. 2 due to the negligence of the staff member lost our room key which was found after 30 min with the help of cctv, earlier he wasn't agreed that he was having the key... 3. Tried to Charge extra amount other then booking amount. 4. No hygiene inside the kitchen (utensils & cooktop was like never clean). 5. Washroom was stinking very badly. 6. Stains on the pillows, bedsheet and even on towels. 7. No bathroom slippers, No dental kit, No shaving kit, even tea coffee pouch etc were provided. 8. As per staff person, Only 1 small water bottle was included

I liked the hotel staff very much. The location here is also good.I liked the rooms here very much and the cleanliness here is also very good.
