What I did not like about the place is that is was very dirty. There were roaches crawling in the bed.

Very convenient stay for LSU football game

Having to switch rooms 4 times before receiving a decent room. Each room had a different problems; that’s unacceptable. I feel I should’ve been compensated for the inconvenience. Will not be returning because it was not worth the hassle. A note/message should be posted that you guys are undergoing renovations when booking this place. It was super unprofessional that the rooms weren’t checked before placing me in my room. Would not recommend no one to stay here.

This property was an absolute ghetto, slum! When we arrived, the property was basically abandoned. There were homeless people walking all around the property going in and out of the rooms, sleeping on the walkways, etc. Many of the room doors were open with people walking in and out at will. One guy came out of nowhere and a car pulled into the parking lot, handed him a bag out the window. He disappeared upstairs in a room. The condition of the property was disgusting and falling apart. In NO WAY did it resemble the pictures on Expeida's website. I did not feel safe staying there so i requested a refund, left and booked another hotel. I will never, ever use Expedia again.

I never was admitted in my room. The hotel was over booked, and had canceled my reservation. The money had already been paid. I am supposed to get that refund ??

Furnishings were nice. However, this was supposedly a handicap room, with wide bathroom doorway and one grab bar next to toilet. Another grab bar positioned behind the toilet (?). No grab bars in the bathtub/shower. Only two bath towels and two wash cloths provided, no hand towels. Tub, floor and other surfaces didn't appear to be clean. Electrical outlet at bathroom sink did not work. There was no coffee maker, no hair dryer, no ice bucket. I was told there was an ice machine in the office, but office was locked in the morning. No telephone with which to call office. Wifi was too weak to operate TV without continued buffering. Nobody cleaned or freshened the room during my four-night stay, no trash emptied. The ac was inadequate to cool the room at night. I visit Baton Rouge yearly and will not stay here again.

Hair all over bathroom. Horrible smell coming from a chair that was obviously stained.

Customer service is terrible they have bed bugs they over charge for your stay. Then have the nerve to call me and tell me that I only paid for 1 night. The guy at the desk was real disrespectful in front of other customers. The wifi doesn't work it was a very unpleasant stay I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.

TV and bed are massive, also very clean! Management was a bit sketchy but nice. The outside area is sooooo neat. My fiance and I swang, threw darts, and played like little kids lol

when i arrived my reservation was not in the system. I was placed in a handicap room and not the economy suite i paid for. There were crumbs under the sheets of themade bed.
