Hotel San Buena

Amazing and beautiful hotel. Wonderful staff , so close to all restaurants and shopping too. Could not have asked for a more wonderful stay.

Beautiful design

Beautiful full kitchen w range /microwave /dw/full fridge but needed more kitchen equipment to be able to use it. Also the cleaners didn’t seem to clean the kitchen each night

Great bed, old time luxury feel.

No bar on sight, missing a great opportunity there. Walls are so thin that I could hear everything the guest next to me was saying during his phone call. Shower right in the room with zero privacy would have been strange if traveling with a new companion. The power failed in the morning of check out and there was no hot water for showers. No back up generator and no offer for a comped stay in the future. Not good customer service in my opinion.

I liked the location, the room, the facilities, and the staff! I also liked the little touches of snacks in the refrigerator being available to us for free and the chocolate almonds and filtered water in the rooms

it would be nicer if they had a restaurant which I believe they are working on putting in and this might be a small thing, but they need to upgrade their toilet paper for that nice of a place they need to upgrade that!

The service was phenomenal and the hotel was beautiful. It’s a converted Elks lodge with a perfect mix of modern comfort and historic architecture.

The staff was wonderful and the location was close to lots of restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return if we are in the area!

the nicest hotel in Ventura , best staff ever!! Beautiful and so many perks from the view to the outdoor fireplace to the one block walk to get to restaurants , stores, and bars on main street . Will definitely stay again.
