Reception on arrival was not attentive. We had lot of luggage and had to make 3 trips to pick from reception, instead of making the luggage cart available

The room was vary nice and the staff was vary friendly.

The bed was hard and uncomfortable, and the room was a suite with a couch, but the TV only faced the bed.

Perfect place to stay in Wentzville. Our room was clean and continental breakfast was good. The sports bar that is nearby was very convenient for dinner and drinks.

"Very unwelcoming. Won’t like you if you don’t have the “look” to be in that hotel."

It was a pretty place and next to good restaurants and a movie theatre

The staff … front desk ladies were very unwelcoming judged us before we even got to our room accusing us of trying to sneak ppl in and very rudely said we have no problem kicking you out …. It was just me and my SO for Valentine’s Day. I used to work in a hotel and never have i judged someone based of appearance or anything like that or made someone feel uncomfortable we are all paying guests and should all be treated the same .
