Grant Street Inn, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Modern, spacious, nicely appointed. We travel with a service dog, the room had access to a private patio, grass and ample space for a dog run. Enjoyed the town, the beach culture, the hotel, and the service

Our stay at Grant Street Inn was perfect. Clean, roomy, and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. Location was great too. All the places we wanted to visit were within walking distance.

Everything was great. Wish we knew about how loud the local music would be at night so we had a couple rough nights trying to sleep or find quiet.

The Grant Inn was a pleasure to stay at. Very clean and the rooms were nicely sized and appointed. The only drawback was that you could hear conversations from the reception desk that reverberated down the hall into our room. It sounded as if they were right outside our door having a conversation, yet they were down the hall a ways away. But definitely will be back for another stay soon!!

Grant street is a perfect location for Dunedin Or Clearwater with great food, great breweries, wine, and close by beaches.

Great spot to stay while in Dunedin. We booked the property for a 2-night stay and were not disappointed. Convenient underground parking was a huge plus. Our room was extremely spacious, simple and clean. The bathroom/shower was huge and well appointed. Minimal interaction with staff but those we met were helpful and accommodating. There is a small pool in the back of the property which we did not use. Would not hesitate to return.
