Canada House Pompano Beach

Perfect location accesses to the beach, showers to get the sand off before entering the complex , we had a Sea view, Swimming pool was great. Pool toys for kids and adults, Staff were very friendly, Every day the Staff had organized something different, Like complementary morning coffee, day time hot dogs, Pizza. ice cream, Games etc.

La habitación tenia un refrigerador con un sonido terrible y la TV no funciona y el sistema de la cama no me gusto

First impressions at the front desk were pleasant however first arrival to the property did not look like the photos and we were very skeptical.

Our room was not ready at first check in which is understandable. An hour later the room was ready but when we retrieved our key we found that our room was across the street separated from the main hotel. When entering the room there was an intense odor of mold and loud noise from what looked to be a room remodel two doors down. We returned to the front desk and notified the attendant of the odor and that we would like to cancel the stay. We were then offered a room at the main hotel area and we declined. We spoke to the manager a Ms. Evelyn who apologized and agreed to a full refund and cancellation however she stated we would have to cancel through booking.com first. We canceled through booking.com and never received a refund.

I like the location and Club Resort.

There was no issue.

It was a great resort.great pool and hottub. Beach was easy to walk up to. Really pretty views of the lighthouse and beach.
