The bed was horrible to sleep in. Also the room was filthy. There was food all over the floor and the bathroom had pee on the toilet. There were no pots and pans, dishes or silverware and no hairdryer and no iron and ironing board. The one receptionist HOPE WAS HORRIBLE she was nasty and condescending but I will say that JESSICA was amazing. She was kind and was accommodating. We will NEVER stay there ever again. I will never recommend this place. The worst of all there was NO COFFEE MAKER OR COFFEE

"if you don't have a room don't offer it Iam a senior this was very hard on me"

i never got to stay. I made a reservation thru booking.com i was told the last room. at the end I never got a confirmation I called the hotel and girl told me that they are overbooked and I couldn't have booked a room. I asked her to look for my name and she said no booking for me. This was last minute as i decided to stay for the lift off that got cancelled. I had to go to the LaQuinta and pay $50.00 more as it was late and i have a diabetic husband

Couldn’t get someone on phone at front desk. Also horrible coffee and no breakfast items. Needed to find ice but no one would answer phone at desk to see if there was ice on property so went to buy some on way back to hotel.
