Room was clean, new flooring and maintenance.

No wifi in the room (108). Had to ask for blankets and towels. Loud music from the temple nearby by 5am. Poor breakfast area and non-hygienic for the price paid for complementary package. No lift for 1st floor.

The Hotel is not geared up for supporting need of guests food. There is a small restaurant in ground floor. It is more like a typical kaka hotel and not a restaurant matching the stay place. Hygene is tossed and food is prepared more for local laboureres need and not guests who have come with family. Nothing wrong, but expectations are different from the two set of people. So suggest, stay in CYRIL but food to be from some where else The rooms are adequately big and spick and span clean with ac and fans. bathroom is adequately big and well equipped. Stay will be comfortable. Tirupati srinivasa temple is just 850 mtrs away and kanyakumari temple / boat ferry start point to vivekananda rock is just 2.5 kms away peaceful place

NO lift, Reception is in first floor along with rooms and is bit difficult to reach as it is manned by one person who is always missing and restaurant gut should come from ground floor to help. No good restaurant for guests. the ground floor small restaurant opens at 4:30am and closes by 8:30pm with very little variety to eat or drink

Hôtel managers Messiah and Jebin were both very friendly and helpful. That's the biggest plus. The young boys made us feel at home and gave us all useful tips and touristique information. Even the room service man and the restaurant service boy were very polite. Had booked a triple room which was quite spacious. Would give full marks for the cleanliness. Their filter coffee and hot vadi were excellent. Bed was comfortable. Sheets and towels were clean. They provided a morning kit with ayurvedic shampoo, soap... Overall a good stay at the hotel for a reasonable price.

Complimentary breakfast (though food was good, freshly made) was served in their restaurant which is very very small, full of local crowd. So it's a bit awkward to eat there. If the hotel makes arrangements for room service it would be better. Coffee maker in the room missing. But we could order for filter coffee in the room.

The cleanliness of the rooms were top notch.The staff were super friendly and helpful especially Jabin.

The location is a bit tricky.
