IEWhen we asked to move rooms because of the bed bugs they gave us a new room.
There was BED BUGS!!! Also the breakfast was very limited options. Not value for your money at all! Very disappointing.

It was a hotel that I needed for a night's stay but one night was sufficient! It's a budget hotel so say no more although I have stayed in much better accommodation than this with the same star rating. The cleaning needs to be stepped up in certain places. The drinks coasters, around the bathroom sink and food menu cover were filthy! You will need an adapter to charge multiple devices; I had to use the two pin charge by the hair dryer! The outside of the premises is noisy so ask for one of the back rooms.

FRI had an excellent stay at the East Park Inn. I was traveling alone in India for the first time and the staff were very thoughtful and attentive in helping me discover Delhi. The hotel is also very comfortable, the rooms are spacious and very clean. The hotel restaurant is also very good. I highly recommend it!
The hotel is way over valued. The electrical outlets are not universal. There is no glass door to the shower area. Electrical wire hanging outside the wall. The room provided had no window and had strange smell to it. Requested the front desk for different room, They had none. Informed they would refresh the room but no one showed up to perform such service. Strongly recommend that Expedia should not advertise such hotels on their website.
GBThe 24 hour kitchen was so wonderful as I arrived very early in the morning and the food was absolutely incredible! I felt like I had all the space I needed. The space was so clean. Everything was accommodated for :)
GBcustomer service poor, staff rude. didn't care about making us feel comfortable. didn't clean room. over charged at dinner time. booked 2 rooms again for 1 night on return joinery but they messed up so four of us had to share 1 room. 2 on bed, 1 on sofa bed and I had to sleep on the floor. taxi service from hotel over priced and gave bad advice. it was a total disaster. would not recommend. bathroom too small and not very clean. NOT LIKE PICTURES.
