1. Location is Karol Bagh—NOT recommended for Westerners as very poor area, no useful facilities, restaurants, anything nearby, very congested—all taxi drivers say it is the worst. Very polluted, noisey, smelly area. 2. Walls paper thing—a few weeks of a rotating assortment of very loud families, phone-speakers, arguing husband and wife, Russian hooker (yes), till all hours. This alone made the stay horrible. 3. Cleaning staff.. nice guys, but again, yelling, yelling the whole time they are in the halls. 4. Front desk.. Really weird.. for example had to ask five times for my final bill over a two day period. 5. Breakfast buffet.. same limited fare every single day. Did get sick from it, but that's Delhi. 6. Service: Asked five times over many days (magic number) to replace broken light in bathroom (in an hour, tomorrow, electrician coming, etc). I finally fixed it my self, as it was only loose (LCD lighting). 7. Shower smelled like sulphur / sewage which then lasted a long time. 8. Way way overpriced for area; Only didnt move out as had pressing issues to take care of and no time.. but now wish I had, or had chosen better, but was new to Delhi stays. Now I know WHERE to go.. NOT HERE!

Limited food during breakfast buffet..limited juice limited tea. Paid same price for buffet breakfast on my normal stay and for the quick breakfast on the day of our early check out which was only toast tea butter But overall it was a nice stay

JPI finally decided to stay at the hotel, noting the high ratings given to this hotel by guests. The manager Santosh Kumar, hotel staff and security all had excellent hospitality. Most importantly, the hotel rooms were very nice and clean and the hotel breakfast was very varied. I stayed for 11 nights as a business traveler with a large suitcase, and I would like to commend the hotel manager's management for their thorough staff training, as well as the excellent daily room cleaning. No need to worry about the showers either, as the hot water comes out with strong water pressure. I was also happy to receive two bottles of mineral water every day. Although some guests have mentioned that the surrounding environment is noisy, I think you can experience the vibrant city of India. The nearest metro station, Karol Bagh, is accessible by rickshaw or other means for 30-40 Indian rupees. It is also a 15-minute walk away, so we had no trouble getting there. From the airport, if you are going directly to the hotel, I would suggest taking a cab. This is because there is very heavy traffic and it is difficult to walk with large suitcases. Finally, I would like to thank the many employees of this hotel for their high level of hospitality and excellent facilities. We will stay there again.

Good price to value. Would be 5 stars except that other than reception staff very little English spoken. But generally A for effort. One of the best hotels in this price range that I’ve stayed at. Especially in the Karol Bagh area

Room not cleaned
INNew hotel. Easy to locate. Clean rooms. Exceptionally clean bathrooms. Friendly staff. Good food. Only issue was with lack of hot water in the bathroom.
