From what I understand this is a pretty typical level of hotel for this area, but not what I am used to in the US. When I arrived it seemed that the room hadn’t been cleaned but when I asked they cleaned it better. The staff couldn’t have been more gracious and hospitable.

"Very rude experience by staff Sunil"

According to the details on Booking.com, the booking included free breakfast. However, upon our arrival, the hotel agent, Mr. Sunil, informed us that breakfast was not included. When I showed him the booking confirmation, he refused to acknowledge it and handled the situation in a very rude and unprofessional manner.
