"Very pathetic situation"

Very pathetic situation. None of the rooms have a window. Room cleaning person always smoke, and it feels very suffocating. Also, reception counter people are always playing loud songs 24x7 .. i requested 3 times to lower the volume.. only thing I needed was a good sleep .. but they're always playing songs loudly.. showers are not working, soaps aren't provided, bedsheets were not clean and they lied that they have a restaurant, but in fact they bring food stuff from outside.. i had ordered just 2 parathas and it took 1.5 hours to get my order.. I'll never visit this place in my life .. pls stop fooling people.. pics shown while booking are totally different than original room ..
