USThe front lobby staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and smelled nice. Beds were very comfortable, with 2 different types of pillows. The lights in the bathroom was extremely bright. Toilet was quite low. But , place was great overall!
Great hotel, very nice and fairly new. Only problem was that the pool was not working. They said they were working on the problem but we were not able to use it. They should come down on price for this issue. The add states a pool, and you are charged the price INCLUDING the use of the pool. Take the price down for not being able to use it.
USUSUSEverything was clean, and desk clerk that checked us in was EXCEPTIONAL. Super nice! The food at breakfast was amazing. Everything was delicious!
Well...there were ZERO towels in the room. None in the bathroom, none anywhere. The front desk clerk brought us up some when I called down, so that was fine. But then, we ran out of toilet paper in the morning and were ZERO backup rolls in the room! The front desk manager brought us some - again, when I called down. Clearly, housekeeping missed something.
A really clean, new facility. Staff were great. Breakfast was very good.

No water pressure. Sink trickled, shower spritzed. Toilet seat broken and dirty. Halls and lobby were filthy and needed mopping. Blood in elevator. Limited parking. Strange location.
