The family rooms are really small and compact, and with a family of four it felt very cramped. We must say the place felt dated, although renovations appear to be ongoing, with a couple of walls featuring new wooden interior. A light switch was barely covered. The bathroom was very old, and the shower floor was discolored. The cleaning left more to wish for — after just 10 minutes of walking around in socks in the room, they had turned almost black. With a different pricing our expectations would also have been different. But for $435 for two nights we had hopes for (much) better standard and price-quality ratio.

Let's start with the jagged pieces of loose floorboard near the bathroom that could seriously injure someone if they weren't extra careful. The lighting was seriously insufficient. I had to move a heavy chair (and I walk with a cane) out from under the hanger area to get it in position to read a book for a while. Bath towels should have been tossed probably years ago. No wash clothes. No glasses. Coffee machine didn't work. No daily maintenance whatsoever. The only onsite staff person I saw could not speak English. No one in the office. during the entire time I was there, so it was impossible to complain to a real person standing in front of you. Way overpriced for what it was worth. If they've done any renovation, as some commentors have written, they missed Unit 6. It probably needs to be demolished.
