USFor some reason the housekeeping staff didn’t clean our room after the first night. We had to go ask for a refill on towels. Breakfast was ok. Other than that, the stay was great and the area is very nice.

Loved the location—super easy to get around without dealing with crazy traffic. You can walk or drive to a bunch of restaurants and shops nearby. The area feels relaxed but still has everything you need. Plus, the views from the hotel are great—either the mountains or the valley. Would definitely stay here again!

The property is fine, at least for a Hampton Inn. The problem is they didn't honor their cancellation policy. The policy requires a charge for one night if not cancelled by the date provided. I stayed the for the one night and checked out the next day. They still charged me for an extra night. I stay at hotels >75% of the year. Sometimes plans change. These shysters in Poter Ranch need to get in-line with the rest of the industry.
