"Wonderful amazing"

10.0

Amazing rooms with super comfortable bed clean and well equipped. Location is stunning at the quiet end of Agonda beach All staff: cleaners, gardeners, reception, and the owner are friendly helpful and nothing is ever too much. Looking forward to the completion of the restaurant, it’s a work in progress, food and drinks are available to order, and many good restaurants nearby

Nothing to not like

"Clean but very noisy"

3.0

The rooms were generally clean and the staff were nice.

The huts get super damp at night so you wake up in wet sheets and all your clothes that are out wet. Plus the huts have virtually no sound proofing - we were kept awake for 5 nights by dogs barking all night, the birds nesting in the roof and by people in the other huts. There is no restaurant in the accommodation, you have to eat in your rooms if you want any food. There also isn’t really a beach set up minus two beds. The room rate is really expensive for what you get between the noise & damp.

"It was generally good."

8.0

Our room overlooked the beach which was really lovely. The outside bathroom is also nice and the patio is a great place to watch the sun go down.

This hotel is about a 30min walk from the main village which was fine during the day but a little far at night.

"Decent stay"

8.0

Spacious rooms & awesome bathroom. Right in front of the beach.

Room lacked good curtains & are not good for privacy. There is problems of ants around the property. They give you two small bottles of water which is so disappointing as you’re paying 8k per night for the room. Food was disappointing, they can do better.

"Beach front access, solitude, food, the sound of waves at night, and views for days. Paradise!"

10.0

Everything exceeded our expectations. The cottages are close to a restaurant which served delicious Indian food and drink any time of day and delivered straight to us. We therefore spent many hours looking at the sea, cows, and gorgeous sunsets. The bed was massive, the bedroom has air conditioning and a fan, though we barely had to use it. The bathroom was outside though still shielded from the rain and very unique. I thoroughly enjoyed the concept. They provide you with beach towels and change them daily. Finally, and best of all, the staff were extremely accommodating. They met every one of our requests in finding us a driver to take us across Goa, finding us a 4x4 to rent, as well as a moped. Everything we asked for provided with a smile. Although the property is slightly more expensive than others we saw in Agonda, it definitly is worth every penny. The cottages despite being sea facing felt very secluded and intimate. There was no noise at night other than the crashing waves. There are also several very decent food options a short walk away, notably the Tree Tops restaurant which has excellent sunset views.

If you are searching for activities such as yoga or surfing as we were, you may need a driver or to hire a moped to get you the southern bit of Agonda. The walk is long, though thoroughly enjoyable if on the beach, less so through the village. But that is the price you pay for such solitude and paradise! There was kayaking available which I thoroughly recommend however.
