It look like a government hospital. They don’t have water to drink. They will give u a complimentary two half litre bottle. I requested for a water at night to take my medication then the staff told me that they don’t have any bottles of water .

It is near the Pathadipalam metro station. The room was clean and the ac was operating properly. Service might be better.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the Seagate Hotel, which I booked through Booking.com and is managed by Treebo. I believe it is imperative to bring to your attention the numerous issues I encountered, which made my stay extremely unpleasant and unacceptable. Upon arrival at the Seagate Hotel on 24/07/3024 with my family, I made the required payment and was shown to my room. However, I was appalled by the condition of the room and the overall lack of basic amenities: 1. **Room Condition:** - The bed sheet was torn and appeared extremely old. - The air conditioning was non-functional. - The telephone and television were not working. - There was no bolt for the main door, and the lock system posed a significant security risk as it could be opened from the outside with a key. - The room had an unbearable odor, including a strong smell of urine emanating from the toilet. 2. **Second Room:** - Upon complaining, I was shown another room, which was also in a deplorable state. - The toilet in this room was not ready for use, with items fallen from the walls and false ceiling, creating a very unpleasant environment. Despite these significant issues, when I requested a refund due to the substandard conditions, the staff exhibited unprofessional behavior. They were uncooperative, displayed arrogance, and refused to refund my payment. The lack of a responsible or accountable person to address my concerns exacerbated my frustration. Given the severity of these issues, I am requesting the following actions from both Booking.com and Treebo: 1. **Immediate Refund:** I request a full refund of the amount paid for my stay at Seagate Hotel, as the cancellation was due to the hotel's failure to provide acceptable accommodation, not a customer issue. I didn’t even stay there due to all these conditions. I was able to book at Burooj hotel same time and I continue my stay there.
