Caesars Republic Scottsdale, a Hilton Hotel

Very nice hotel.

Property is nice and modern. However the bed was not comfortable and the a/c is so loud I could barely fall alseep.

Great overall experience. Clean, friendly and helpful staff, up-scale boutique feel, hip vibe without being too “clubby”, lots of close parking, great location in Scottsdale. Only negative is the scent pumped through the HVAC into the lobby and main indoor common areas. It could be a nice enhancement to the ambiance if it were subtle; instead, it’s overpowering like a 25 year old bro doused in cologne heading to the clubs. Bummer we couldn’t enjoy more of the hotel, because within five minutes of being in the main lobby and areas by the bar and restaurant, the scent was giving me a migraine.

Beautiful property! Stunning views of the mountains and the staff was amazing all around! Will definitely be doing more staycations here!

The worst check in and front desk customer service EVER!!!! A week prior, I called the property and I was told I can call the day of arrival for an early check in since we were landing early. We arrive in PHX (coming from Seattle) at 1030am, called the Property and no answer. I tried to call multiple times until 2pm and still no answer. We started to think, this is awful service!! We finally decided to go there to see if we’re able to check in. A white male checked us is (i did not get his name but it was about 2pm on 5/25/25!) He told us that our room is still not ready — but he still gave us our room keys anyway— which was also odd. He did not even introduce us to the property, directions, etc. I was trying to tell him that we had been calling us all morning and no answer and he cuts me off saying they were busy. Mind you, I called the property while my husband was finishing the check in and phone does not ring at all. Everyday we were there, we would call concierge and housekeeping from our room and NO ANSWER. I call the Property from my cellphone and still no answer! And absolutely absurd!! until we checked out on 5/29/25, a differently lady was at check in she was a white female very friendly (unlike the previous ones) and I realized she had picked up the propertys phone. I thought, wow thats weird, now the phone is on. So i decided to call the Property from my cellphone and what do you know… she picks up. Phone not being on for 5 days is pretty damn wild.
