Location, proximity to the local market, amazing views. Lovely staff, excellent buffet breakfast and dining options. Cab arrangements to and from airport, local sightseeing and even overnight tours.

Almost nothing, if had to pick hard, may be they can have more proactive approach towards room amenities like daily refills, water etc.

It was a low season weekend visit for us from Delhi so very brief stay at Leh. The hotel served our visit purpose to relax. The room, staff, breakfast spread, and a la carte options were excellent. It is about 1 km away by foot from the main market square. Transport to the airport back and forth was a breeze. A lot of Indian Army presence - we didn't mind! Safe and secure to say the least! :)

Bathroom fixtures like the shower head need to be repaired.

The property is really good and at very good location. It has centralised heating and hot water all time

Premium property with clean and spacious rooms. Staff was very polite and professional. Loved the stay, bathroom was very clean and hot water was available. Everything was great during our stay. The breakfast buffet was of top quality with great options. I tried extending my stay but it was sold out. Best stay in the city at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Just the location, but that hardly mattered. About 1 KM from the Leh market, rest all good

The response time and amazing staff facility. Very helpful special mention to Shubham the manager, Namgyan the owner and the catering staff everyone was good, their service is the best.

The dinner options, it was way too bland in taste.

Beds were comfortable, pretty building and well decorated entry hall.

Not very nice staff, for the most part. Our first room had brown water, and no heating (they ultimately moved us to another room after they repeatedly told us they’d “send someone to check on the heating”). Our second room flooded from a shower. The hotel is quite far out, walking alone as two women around 8pm felt very unsafe.

Hotel was a little too secluded from Main Market and far to walk.

Everything about this hotel was to my liking. It was clean, comfortable, spacious and had strong internet connectivity. All food that was ordered was delicious and the staff were friendly and extremely attentive. Best accommodation we booked during our trip to India, can highly recommend. Also, rooms were heated so we were not affected by the -18 degree Celsius temperature.

Nothing, everything about the stay was perfect! No faults.

Rooms are nicely decorated and warm, beds are comfortable. The hotel restaurant served delicious india food.
