"Pathetic"

Nothing

The behaviour of the staff especially the front desk manager, we also had to call the police because of that. The staff is using the master key and enter anytime even when you are inside the room and you haven’t checked out yet.

"Overall stay was very bad in all respect, poor location, Cleanness, Behaviour of stuff, Food Quality"

This time i booked hotel for my spouse with her collegues. We are very much dispointed in all respect. First of all at the time of check in they asked to pay total amount. Location also very bad. In entry point it was slump area. Their breakfast quality also not upto mark. Even Their service also poor. Room was not cleaned after informing to clean. I am frequent traveller and always used to book hotels thru Booking.com. I observed such incident happens only when 2nd party involved between Booking.com and Hotel property like Fab Hotel, Treebo etc. It may be intensionally.

In this regard how you can control that is upto you. It was completly not value for money. I booked this property after seeing reviews. I dont know those reviwes are actual or not.
