This hotel stands out for its perfect location, excellent amenities, outstanding services, and attentive staff.

The cleanliness of the room has declined a bit since my last stay. The carpet had stains in several places and was somewhat dusty. I hope management addresses this issue.

The location and the Thai restaurant

The waiting time for the elevators. There they two tiny elevators and if there is an event in the hotel, the wait time for the elevator can be frustrating

"Excellent location and rooms with wonderful parking space"

Lyfe Hotel has ample parking space in the basement. This is the best in Bhubaneshwar that we have seen so far. The rooms are good, the hotel is new and the dining staff were very kind and nice. The hotel is located centrally and is convenient. The water served in the room in glass bottles and unlimited refills are truly appreciated. This is a welcome relief from the plastic bottles usually seen in hotels. The restaurant Basil was excellent. Especially the salmon, don't recommend their ice cream though.

Breakfast and food, in general, at the ground floor dining room were not up to expectations. The taste was sub-par and items were not replaced promptly at breakfast causing long waiting times. The waiters were very polite but super absent-minded which affected the service. The coffee was good though. Lunch in the ground floor restaurant is overpriced and not at all tasty. The staff at reception seemed very tired, overworked and a bit rude. The receptionist hardly answered phone calls from the room although we were told to call them when needed. The housekeeping staff were good and attended calls promptly. Reception staff need to work on their social skills a bit more.
