Structure was not that good No cleaning it’s not cleaning staff problem but the way construction happen no one can keep clean As I am the builder so Poor construction cause of unclean the room and bathroom There was suffocation in the room Mould in the bathroom everywhere make me sick to stay longer

The receptionist or staff seemed inexperienced in the hospitality industry. Despite paying over Rs. 2000+ per night, they demanded additional fees for a dental kit and water bottles. In our five-day stay in their Deluxe King room, we received only one water bottle on the first day and had to request toiletries daily. The receptionist claimed that our discounted booking rate excluded complimentary items like water bottles, although we paid the standard rate listed on booking.com, with no discounts applied. After raising the issue with the hotel owner, the extra charges for water and the dental kit were waived. This situation makes me wonder if the receptionist was following misguided training or attempting to profit personally.
