The staff is very polite and helpful. Since we were new to the area the reception staff Ravi chandran guided well.

There is no provision for keeping our beongings like any racks or cupboards which is very inconvenient. Also even though the staff told hot water will be available, it was almost cold war. When contacted again was saying that you will get hot water only after wasting 5 or 6 buckets of cold water, which I feel is not a good solution. For getting one bucket of hot water, wasting of 6 buckets of water is a big wastage, which management has to think over.
