I was refused service because I have a Medical Alert Service Dog and they have a nompet policy. I trie to explain that a service animal is not a pet. They told me to go next door to the Red Roof Inn where again I was refused service for the same issue. I ended up having to sleep in my car that night.

Place was clean. Good for a basic hotel. My floor had rooms that smoked so I had to go through that to get to my room which I didn’t like.
