USThe staff when we checked in were amazing. The two ladies were both so friendly and welcoming. They offered help several times and made sure to acknowledge and speak with us each time we passed. The room was perfect for a sleepover birthday party. We had plenty of room, a great setup and everything we needed!
The pool was closed down the entire time we were there. It was part of the reason we booked the room. We weren't notified of the shutdown until we checked in. We had a neighbor call our room twice and come to our room once threatening to call the cops (not go to the front desk) because our group of four girls were being too loud. I understand noise issues, but it was also only 11 on a Saturday night and the only noise happening by that point was the TV.

We were very impressed with the hotel. It is a new building and in excellent condition. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
