Booked a room with 2 beds. Gave us a room with only 1 bed. I told them I would only be staying for 1 night & they did not cancel the rest. Had to argue to get my refund. Room was hot as he'll. No way to turn down heat, I finally turned on the ac.

The hotel was very clean and relatively quiet. Comfy beds and hot showers. Staff was nice. Easy check in and check out process. Plenty of street parking, albeit mildly sketchy. We loved the 24-hour coffee and tea bar. The gym was nicely sized.

The area itself wasn't desirable. There weren't really any walking-distance coffee shops or restaurants. Not the hotel's fault-- we knew what we signed up for. The $40/day parking was eh. We parked on the street.

La gentillesse du personnel de service au petit dejeuner. Le chauffeur de la navette Mr Bary très bienveillant. Le petit dejeuner, ainsi que son espace est très correct.

Le personnel de l accueil, pas du tout , aidant. Ainsi que la jeune fille chauffeur.
