Only the Location of the hotel

They charged abnormally, the picture of the rooms shown during booking was excellent, but in reality, we got much more inferior quality of rooms, moreover while chechking in, we asked to show us the rooms alloted, but the hotel management was reluctant.... At one point of time we wanted to cancel the booking but very professionally before handing over the keys of the rooms they have taken the full amount and it's been mentioned by the reception person it is nonrefundable..... Altogether we can say that we are not going to book our future trips through this booking.com any more, if we get some refunds then it is thinkable, best'regards, Partha S Biswas, Kolkata, 9874950441

same kind of hotel nearby (100 meter) is in half of the price, price is too high.
