The staff cancelled my booking at the last minute. I was arriving in the night and just when I was about to board my flight, they informed me that they are cancelling because they gave the booking to someone else. The option they provided was to share the room with some stranger, which is totally unacceptable and when I declined, then they cancelled the booking on my behalf. I had to choose another hotel with much higher rate at the last minute. Very bad experience, unreliable and irresponsible behavior from the hotel staff. Also, they previously confirmed by booking on WhatsApp and asked multiple times when I will be arriving.
