No dust bin in room. No water, not even water jug or glass provided. Did not have breakfast, however there was no reduction in charges. Asked for alternative breakfast arrangement (fruits instead of idli or dosa), but Staff was not able to help on this request

The room was neat and clean. The staff were very helpful. Especially, Taufiq handled the check-in process well and was very accommodating. Overall, the hotel was value for money.
