USNothing,, terrible experience
We had to wait until 7:15 to check in when check in is posted as starting at 3:00, then we got tot the room it smelled like wet dog and the floor was soaking wet. The staff is incompetent and it will now take 10 days to get my money back after we refused to stay. Go somewhere else. We spoke with the GM who n the phone and she didnt even know what type of rooms she had at her facility.

Like the light and color there was a little bit of noise, but not bad. The thing I did not like was the whoever was smoking weed in the building.
No auto door opening for disabled people with walkersor wheel chairsreal hard to get open and in or out .stayed 10 days absolutely no room cleaning at all the whole time i was there .building is new and is nice but they need improvements for disabled people to make there stay easier

Didn't get the room I booked. Someone else had a key to my room and entered while I was there, super sketchy. The floor was filthy. The staff was not friendly or nice.
Our room was fumed with cigarette smoke, like could barley breath! When we told the front desk they said there was nothing they can do about that. Ended up not finishing our stay there. It was cute, clean and comfortable but ultimately the lack of consideration from the front desk and the issue itself, we had to find another place to stay.

Really, really low internet, thin walls , the quality of the bed is cheap
There were absolutely no amenities. An ice tray but no ice machine or bottled water. No soap, shampoo, or conditioner not even a blow dryer. Stayed there with me and 2 of my kids and they only gave us 2 towels. There is a kitchen in the room but nothing to cook with. WiFi is very spotty. No pool, spa, or even a continental breakfast. Will NEVER stay here again!
USHotels.com ripped me off or $100! I made and paid in full for the reservation, directly to Hotels.com an hour before we arrived at the Woodspring. When we arrived the front desk said that they never received our reservation, and that I would have to pay them directly to get the room and then deal with hotels.com. I lodged for a rebate of $100 with hotels.com and they said they couldn’t give it back. So this is the last time I use hotels.com. I’ve used hotels.com for years! The whole system has changed and I tell everyone now not to use them. Be aware. Trying to talk with someone is a joke you get the runaround. It’s pretty black and white. I’ve got the receipts to prove it, but to know avail goodbye hotels.com.
