avid hotel Victorville Hesperia by IHG

Clean, new facilities. The hotel was quiet. Room and bed were comfortable. Room rate was very good. Free breakfast.

Took a long time for warm water to get to shower. Seemed like at least 5 minutes. Eventually it was nice and hot with good pressure too.

I liked how comfortable the bed was and the location was near other stores but I wasn’t able to hear any disturbing noises such as cars going by

I wish it had atleast a fridge or microwave, another down side is it has no pool.

I didn’t stay in a room; I was just there to charge my phone. However, the staff was awesome and helped me connect to the Wi-Fi.

I really liked how clean everything was, especially the lobby. Breakfast was great, and the customer service was excellent. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable.

However, the water was always cold and never reached a warm temperature, which was disappointing. The room also did not include a microwave or fridge. Unfortunately, during our stay my husband developed a skin reaction and later required medical treatment, which raised concerns for us about cleanliness. Overall, while there were some positives, these issues impacted our experience.

Very clean Bella was a superstar and the rest of the staff all very friendly and always helpful 9 outta 10 cause there is always room for improvement....mini fridges would be a plys for sure.

The bed was like clouds that is it everything else was no good. No fridge no microwave small small rooms. Breakfast was only muffin and orange.

The staff, the small rooms, the unprofessional front desk and manager workers . Judgemental stuck up and don’t care they took 3 hours to check me in and double charged my card tried to triple charge but they already took all the money I had put on that account
