Clean and spacious rooms

Booked at a particular price but then was charged more saying my room was upgraded, this is something but unprofessional. Cannot charge more than the booking.com Reserved price

Room and bathroom were clean. Room service was good.

Pillow covers appeared dirty , they need to provide mats at the entrance to bathoom and in the bathroom , a non slippery mat is required otherwise a huge risk for elders. After i checked in i had to take one of my baggages and step out, the reception folks rushed out and asked if im vacating..after checking literally 30 mins ago is bit unpleasant. I had booked through booking.com so how can someone run away?
