was told didnt have the seven rooms we reserved...spent an hour and a half in lobby trying to figure out why. then they finally dicided they did have rooms. this was all at 11.00 o-clock at night. not happy at all

"They gave away our tooms"

Location
They gave away our rooms. The front desk clerk said they had some walk ins and they gave our rooms to them. It took us 2 hours to check in 6 rooms. At one point they offered a king room that you couldn't open from the outside so if I closed the door they would have to get a ladder to go through the window to open the door. They said I could get it at a discount. Do not recommend
