It wasn’t clean.

I dislike that all the towels and comforters were dirty.

No bed cover, big hole cut in restroom wall covered with cardboard, tub finish half flaked off, no chain to secure front door, tv didn’t work. If it was more than a one night stay, I would have changed rooms. Couldn’t believe they rented that room! Not staying there again.

it asked 3 times for towels but they were never brought to room. I had to use sheets from beds to dry off. Never been in a place that wouldn't provide basic services. Pitiful. Avoid this place like the plague.

I used this hotel because I was there for work but every time I checked in I had to sweep mop and clean my room from top to bottom it’s infested with roaches they charged a $50 deposit but only give you $25 back at checkout supposedly the other $25 is for housekeeping but no one EVER cleaned the rooms then if you don’t checkout by 9am you don’t get your deposit back but checkout is at 11am I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here the Indian or Arab guy or whatever his nationality is at the front desk is a scam artist he keeps raising the prices for the rooms they went from $600 for two weeks to $800 in a months time this place is not worth it

The location

There was no bathroom tissue, only one bath towel and one wash cloth. I had to make a trip to the office to get them. We were in columbus, MS, for my sister's funeral the following day.. We had driven hours to get there from Georgia. When we got there, we rushed to freshen up and went to meet the family at my brother's. On our return late that night, we got ready for bed, and on turning down the bed cover, we found the sheets had not been changed on either bed. I checked the bed cover underneath and found blood stains. I took pictures of almost each spot of the room. The top of the frige was covered in dust, the microwave was nasty with dried on food, the coffee maker had not been cleaned or the bath tub, and had a stained shower curtain and a old bath cloth hanging on the curtain rod. The far bed from the corner had a bottle laying bedhind it. The freezer had left over bagged fruit inside that had been open. The heater was also covered with dust, the same as the sideboards. I had never seen such a disgusting, filth hotel room before. . Being so late, we used our pillows and blankets. Dreadfully sleeped on top of the bed cover. For just a few hours. As we had to check out and go meet the family for breakfast before going to the family gathering at the funeral home. I reported all this to the clerk on duty at the front desk. I showed her the pictures, and she made a list of all the things and had me sign it and assured me the manager would call, I have not yet received a call. I should receive a refund due to this horrible experience. I have pictures if you need them as proof of this filthy room..

Absolutely Nothing. Everything was disgusting. Cockroaches were everywhere (1000s and in both rooms). Night number one, they put me in room 147 which had dirty sheets, no toilet paper, no towels or rags, dirty floors, and cockroaches everywhere. 147 had not been cleaned from the prior customers. Floors had not been mopped/cleaned in who knows how long. After noticing the disgusting state of mattress #1, I moved to mattress #2. When I laid down on mattress #2, it collapsed to the floor. The bed frame was missing 8 bolts. Underneath the frame, I noticed pure filth even a used condom. I requested a cleaning and frame to be fixed on my first morning there. They decided to move me to room 121. The problems did not end there. Room 121 did have toilet paper and towels but everything else was the exact same, spoke with the manager and he assured all my requests would be met include bug removal. Also, I booked a non smoking room but it smelled like smoke, I informed the desk personnel the adjoining party was smoking and I booked a non smoking room. Desk personal did successfully have the person in adjoining room stop smoking.. Back to room conditions, I requested cleaning to be completed for night #3 but they never put in the effort to clean it. By the way, It never happened the entire stay. So I got down on all fours and cleaned the floor with 3 bath towels ringing them out numerous times . The on site manager and 5 other staff members know what I did, I took videos for proof and showed them. Also Everything spelled like weed. EVERYTHING! Neither room had a fire alarms. Both rooms had cracked/broken shelving, paint was peeling, and shower curtains were extremely filthy. Plus there was a non refundable upfront deposit for “room cleaning and any items damaged throughout the stay”. Will never go back. This was a 5night stay. I will leave five 1 star reviews. They do not deserve that.
