Clean
The room was so big and very clean. Definitely a big bang for buck.
Good
This place was super clean. The only thing I found unsettling was the other guests. There was loud banging off and on and raised voices on the first night. Sounded as if there was a fight going on.
Smoke smell
It was new and clean. Plenty of room. Stay was great. Not alot around the property for eating or shopping.
The couple next door was noisy and kept fighting and we had trouble sleeping. Very thin walls and could hear everything. The only complaint is the noise but other than that it was a wonderful time at the hotel.
They were very helpful with our booking. It needed to be canceled dur to the hurricane and they promptly refunded our nonrefundable payment. We were very pleased.
Houston was out of power for days. There was a mix up with hotels.com even offering us a room even though hotel staff had canceled everything. We arrived late at night from several hours away and power had just been restored. They were very nice quick and helpful to get us a room ready with power. We didnt know what to expect. But the place was emaculate and very nice. They had security present. We slept in peace. I hate i didnt think to take pictures.
