New, breakfast was good, but the room/bathroom was not clean
The facility smells, front desk said they think its coming from beneath the hotel - also the thermostat didn’t work (heat vs a/c) and the blower made a loud noise, front desk said they were already aware of it and a repairman was expected this week ???

New, super clean, modern and great design. The room was spacious , the beds are super comfortable, the bathroom was awesome, the closet spacious, the breakfast was amazing, the staff was incredibly nice and professional and ensured our stay was memorable. I highly recommend and will stay again

Drain in shower wouldn’t drain, using flashlight we discovered a massive wad of hair stuck that my husband had to pull out. It was absolutely disgusting. The lady at check in was rude, we mentioned ahead that we would have our dog and at check in we were greeted with “you do know we have a pet fee?” like yes I’m aware but no need to be rude about it or make it seem like I can’t afford it, her tone was awful.

The property was very clean and well kept. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We originally had a suite with a king size bed and asked to change to a suite with a handicapped bathroom. They immediately found us a room like that and it was perfect . Nice , neat breakfast bar with multiple choices of

The property was in an excellent location. It was clean. Breakfast was really good. The staff were so friendly and helpful.
There was not enough space for the sofa bed (which we really needed for our son) to fold out. When we tried to fold it out, there was not enough room between the sofa and the bed for it to open up. Also, the tv would not work. It would turn on but it was not connected to any type of cable or streaming service. The king bed was very uncomfortable.
