Hotel is under construction however ground and first floor are operational and other three floors are under construction. They had started restaurant but i tried coffee which was not good looks like power based milk. Main gate was not installed Lift is not there they didn't provide tea/ coffee /milk pouch , later they said if guest ask then only we will provide
INCan't comment, since the Hotel has started just 4 to 5 month back, however the room in which we were was good. Food was good.
While the temperature was 2 to 3 degrees, the heater was not provided. Don't feel welcome, we had faced some other issue..faced few other issue as well... On whole this is not recommended hotel....you won't be provided with any meterial to prepare Insta coffee or tea... whenever you want you have to order...no other choice. Moreover I felt that the hotel is over charged comparative to other similar size of Hotels and with far more facilities are on lower than this hotel. Resturant Menu is very big, but you won't find even 20% of them available.

USThe Fragrance Hotel is a relatively new hotel in Kara. Like other hotels in this area, they mainly serve the yatris visiting Vaishno Devi. The hotel is very clean, and the rooms have basic amenities like electric kettle, hot showers, and bottled water. There is a restaurant attached which is very convenient The front desk staff was helpful and accommodating with any requests, and when we returned very late, tired and hungry from our trek, they went out of their way to arrange food and tea for us. The manager, Mr. Mohit was also very helpful and did his best to help us when our flight was canceled. We would definitely recommend the Fragrance Hotel for anyone looking for good service and a clean room at an affordable price.
