Was able to hear noise from Kitchen of moving things from one place to another, though they were kind to change our room and it felt better.

Staff was exceptional in hospitality Great smiles The Christmas decoration was beautiful Balcony in 215,216 was a treat for families travelling together

Washbasin in 102 should have taps with longer spouts as water keeps getting collected on counter. Smell in 216 from effluent from floors above
