Great property with very good facilities, away from the bustling city. The temperature regulated pool is the best for taking a good soak even in the chilly weather. Very good food quality, we tried continental as well Indian dishes. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is very polite and helpful. Must stay if you are planning a trip to Shillong.

LOCATION, VIEW , BIG ROOM (HIGHEST CATEGORY)

STAFFS SPECIALLY IN DINING WERE UNPROFESSIONAL, DESPITE REPEATED REMINDER DIDINT PLACE NAPKIN /BOTTLE ON TABLE. BREAKFAST MENU CONTAINED CAN JUICE WHICH IS SHEER DISGRACE CONSIDERING A PAY STRUCTURE OF 11000/ NIGHT, BREAKFAST MENU NOT UPTO MARK. DURING CHECK OUT INSTEAD OF CHECKING ROOM DURING LUGGAGE CARRY THEY ASKED TO WAIT FOR 10 MINUTES EVEN WHILE MY CAR WAS ON PORTICO. VERY ANNOYING

breakfast spread was commendable, a la carte dinner was delicious, the heated indoor swimming pool was a surprise and the courteous staff with large playground and photo ops were commendable
