Breakfast timings

There are no geysers in the bathroom, they are dependent on solar for hot water. It is difficult to manage with that kind of solar water heater during winters, especially if you are travelling with children

1. Convenient location on the ring road, making it easily accessible without dealing with city traffic. 2. Quiet surroundings, offering a peaceful stay.

1. Parking Facilities: While the hotel has covered parking, guests are asked to park on the roadside instead. I had to take the initiative to park in the covered area myself, which should ideally be offered as a standard service. 2. Breakfast Arrangements: Although we booked with breakfast included, there is no running kitchen at the hotel. Instead, they bring tiffin from a nearby restaurant. I could have gone to the restaurant myself and avoided consuming food packaged in single-use plastic, which raises health and environmental concerns. 3. Basic Amenities: No toiletries were provided in the room, and I had to request them in the morning. This is a basic expectation that should be addressed proactively. 4. Customer Service: When I asked for an extra towel, the attendant reacted as though I had requested something highly unusual or valuable. This left a poor impression of the staff’s attitude toward guest requests. 5. Check-Out Process: We were delayed during check-out because the staff couldn’t locate the air conditioner remote in the room. It was later found by a service attendant, but being held up over something like this was unprofessional. Moreover, the fact that there’s seemingly only one AC remote for the entire hotel is baffling and reflects poor management.
