Love the property

Love this place always my go to when I’m in the area.

Idk how the rating was so high. Staff was nice. However the room is out of a horror film. There was “splatter on wall, lamp shades were dented and falling apart, no usb ports, carpet seemed filthy and whole room had a weird smell. We did not try breakfast since room was filthy we dare not trust the kitchen. We go by customer ratings when choosing rooms and was VERY disappointed with this one. I did not mention to wife the disgusting “stuff” on floor next to air conditioning because we would be driving to another hotel. Btw, pool looked fantastic but we got in to late so did not use.

Great check-in, friendly staff, and great clean room with nice amenities (good shower, comfortable bed, great TV selection). Be warned that the hotel itself is also a conference center, so the property is immense. Unloading my luggage from my car in the parking lot and transporting it to my room on the fourth floor felt like it took at least half an hour (two trips back and forth, and a lengthy elevator wait).

The staff were very friendly and helpful! It a very nice hotel.

Very nice property! It is under renovation and they’re doing a nice job. The staff are very nice and friendly. My room was very clean.

Pros: The hotel location is in a safe area, is in walking distance to food and convenience stores, and near the highway, The hotel room was quiet, clean, and the bed and bathroom linens were new. The bed was ver comfortable. The hotel has a restaurant/bar, pool, and workout facility. Hotel staff were very nice. Breakfast was average with grits, biscuits, sausage, toast, eggs, coffee, juice, and milk (no fruit, yogurt, or cereal that I could see). Cons: Furniture and carpeting in the room was worn but for the price of the hotel room it was well worth it. TV came on but kept getting error messages when I selected Netflix or Max, so gave up on watching tv.
