Everything! The property, staff, food etc

It's not about dislike but take this as observation. I expect you will include and enhance in facilities. 1) mini fridge is must in Rooms. 2) we were in room number 4..... television connectivity was horrible! Am sure this is not a big deal to fix it. 3)* keeping religious book in the room is not at all required ( they can be provided on demand). 4) " e-pass" requirement must be mentioned in booking process . 5) toiletries should be provided daily , not just once if the stay duration is more than one day

Their food was amazing

Historic hilltop colonial bungalow, set in a tea plantation. Lovely views from outside the property

No views from bedroom as low roof overhung all the windows for shade. Sensor on main gate played loud electronic noise alarm whenever anything anyone came near v close to bedroom. No Internet available during our stay and I think when it was working it was too slow to use. Had to pay cash as their system didn’t accept our credit cards (only 1 of 11 hotels we stayed in that didn’t). Very loud inside the bungalow as large tiled central living area (with bedrooms off it) had very noisy children running around. One even opened our door and charged into our bedroom unexpectedly! Staff spoke very little English. Hot water would run out after one shower.

Location is the only plus point, but no great view from the property

Very ordinary rooms, no good room accessories.. fan was making big noise. No good internet, couldn’t operate TV. It was raining and there were no way to spend time.. just sleeping. Average food, very ordinary breakfast - idli vada.

Clean place. Attentive staff.
