Nice stay but very small rooms

Hotel is very nice and clean. Staff is friendly, helpful and professional. Hotel is located right across from US consulate for those visiting these and one can walk to it. In room food service is available with variety of options and food is very good. Lot other food options at walking distance along with xerox/printing services. Due to its location on the street, it can get a bit noisy during day time. Also bathrooms are bit on a smaller side but shouldn't be a problem if you have a short stay. Overall it's a nice place to stay with family.

Nice place for a short stay! Quite close to US Consulate (4 mins walk). One of the recommendations would be accepting credit cards from abroad as form of payment.

This hotel is next to US Consulate, however they do not have credit card scanners to take payments. I had to withdrawal money from ATM to pay. I had International fee added just because hotel did not have proper machines to take payment. Also no phone in the room I had to go downstairs to the receptionist to ask to clean my room or water or towel etc. In 15 days my room was cleaned 3 times only. Bed sheets does not fit the mattress properly , see picture attached. I will not recommend to my family and friends.

The front desk staff, particularly the lady at the reception, demonstrated a lack of courtesy and professionalism in their interactions with guests. They displayed an attitude that suggested guests were receiving services without paying for them. Additionally, there is no room dining service available. The elevator is outdated, and there is no assistance provided for its operation. While the hotel's proximity to the consulate is convenient, it is not the only hotel in the area. It is advisable to consider alternative options. The room was not adequately cleaned, and there were mosquitoes present. Overall, the services provided were unsatisfactory. The front desk was inflexible regarding the check-in time, which was set at 1 PM, even though rooms were available. Considering the 10 AM check-out time, the cleaning staff should have sufficient time to prepare the rooms by 12 PM. I had to wait until 1 PM and then personally request a room. The lobby was not well-lit. In summary, the hotel offers low-cost accommodations but lacks a genuine commitment to customer service. Instead, it creates the impression that they are doing guests a favor by providing services. To avoid unnecessary inconvenience, it is recommended to explore other options.

Very bad experience!

The hotel is fairly new. Needs a lot of THC. Homely environment but facilities are not that great. No options for late checkout despite a request from a month back
