"We love this hotel, but may not stay ever again until the shower has gripper strips added."

Easy to access ~ modern & clean! The TV remote was not working & two employees had to figure it out & get us a new remote which I had to program with the TV! The shower was VERY slippery & I fell on my back, cut my toe & hurt my knees, foot & back. It needs to be changed with gripping strips added to the bottom of the shower.
